  • Improve your time management skills by using a calendar, planner, or journal.

  • Forget the all-nighter. Losing sleep increases stress while also inhibiting your ability to learn. Study in short bursts with time in between to process. 

  • Learn to say "no" when you are taking on too many responsibilities.
